Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is wheat, some canned peach, apricot. Taste is the same, some caramel too. Oily mouthfeel with surprisingly low carbonation. Not great.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity, sweet malts, some white sugar. Taste is oddly fruity, seems off, but it's actually tasty. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber because the light is failing in Attenkirchen. Sweet banana nose, fat Weizen flavor with a lot of fruity yeast esters and just a tad of bitterness. Decent but not overwhelming.

Clear golden. Aroma is grainy and some apples and other fruit. Pretty lagery still. Taste is fruity spelt and some bitter buckwheat. Ok.

Bottle from the brewery. Golden amber with a nice head. Very light earthy-sweet aroma. Great flavor, a tad of sweetness with biscuity malt flavors and a very clean hop bitterness at the end.

Coole altertümliche Bügelflasche. Ordentliche Menge Hefe die durchs Glas wabert. Fruchtig, säuerlich, hefig, etwas Sekt. Sehr viel Kohlensäure. Das mag ich gar nicht so gern. Aber hier passt es eigentlich ganz gut. Sehr erfrischend. Ideal für heiße Tage.

Bottle picked up at the Brewpub, Oberndorf, on the way back from after a 13 mile cycle ride along the Danube River to Regensburg and then back, we're now at a campsite close to Bad Abbach. Saturday 3rd August 2019. Pours gold with a white sticky head, light and fruity but with a background bitterness, a touch dry at the finish. The hops show nicely.

On tap at the Brewpub, Oberndorf, on the way back from after a 13 mile cycle ride along the Danube River to Regensburg and now on the way home, we're at a campsite close to Bad Abbach. Saturday 3rd August 2019. Hazy light to mid gold with a sticky white head, quite a bit of spice which really lingers. Some banana and wheat, soft carbonation a little light citrus. Good.

Ein Helles mit Kellerbierpotential. Es hat einen etwas muffigen Geschmack, aber dieser wird schnell durch einen frischen Hopfengeschmack erlöst, sodass man doch ein gut trinkbares Helles bayrischer Brauart erhält. Es wäre interssant, dieses Bier als Zwickl zu versuchen.
