Description
Nasz mały, domowy browar rzemieślniczy to rodzina – biologiczna i adoptowana.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose has an odd estery character, mineraly notes, and soft wheat. Flavour is similar, with lots of seltzery, mineraly notes, dry wheat, not much smoke, and a touch of banana-like esters. This one seems a bit off the mark with those eatery and mineraly qualities. Okay.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Light smoke that's smothered by soft wheat and plastic. Flavour is similar with any smoke wiped out by the weird wheaty plastic thing. Not good.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has tons of espresso, light booze, and medium roast. Flavour is a bit thin, with big espresso notes, almost a slight tartness, cocoa, and gentle roast. The malts aren’t there to hold this together. It’s solid enough but needs a bigger malt presence.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has lots of juicy stone fruits, big citrusy hops, melon, and resins. Flavour is bright, with intense resinous hops, some citrusy tang, and tropical fruits. Robust hoppiness and beautifully balanced still. Excellent.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is full of deep dark roasted malt, deep piney hops, and some cocoa. Flavour is rich and robust, with deep roasted malt, wood, and ample hoppy bitterness to back. Deep roast and wonderful malts in general. This is awesome.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours black with a large beige head. Aroma has plenty of spicy rye, medium roast, and a nice earthy hop character. Flavour is robust, with intense spicy rye, robust earthy and piney hops, and deep roast. Impeccably balanced—with a wonderful incorporation of hops, malt and the. Excellent.
