Clear pinkish red beer, big creamy bit irregular off-white head, bit stable, adhesive. Aroma: fruity touch, bit funky, dry impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bitter kiwi, dry, funky, nice acidity, pretty clean, very dry. Aftertaste: little funky, acidic, lemony, good bitterness, hint of diacetyl, nice one.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, a bit fruity, juicy touch, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, very malty, grains, some banana, a little bitter. Aftertaste: malty, grains, banana, cow fodder, bitter touch, meh. Not bad, but not great.

Bottle. Pitch black, medium beige head, medium lasting. Nice chocolate nose, quite some roasted presence, almost coffee. Roasted start followed by sweetness - combination of chocolate and mild cherry. Tart finish, lasting roasted/bitter aftertaste. Medium body. Nice dessert porter.

Tap at Sir William's pub. Amber colour, small beige head. Tropical fruits, caramalt and resin in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Caramalty, sweetish, pine, menthol. Drinkable brew.

Bottle. Ruby red, thinner white head, not so lasting. Nice fruity nose, sweet berry character (blackcurrant). Puckery soury start, just some hints of sweet fruity presence. Just a bit of saltiness in the finish. Very light, extra fresh and refreshing. So easily drinkable and perfect for summery heat.

Bière 33 cl bue aux abords du lac Bohinj au Karakter bar. Robe brune foncée presque noire, fine mousse. Nez sur les épices et la torréfaction du malt. La bouche est sèche, fraîche, qui allie bien le brûlé de la brune avec l'amertume et la fraîcheur de l'ipa. L'amertume persiste bien en fin de bouche. Très sympa et parfaite après une longue balade autour du lac ! (M)

Bière 33 cl bue aux abords du lac Bohinj au Karakter bar. Robe trouble or âgée, odeur très agréable, fruitée, notes d'anas, mangue, agrumes. Bouche douce, légère, comme un jus de fruit, amertume plutôt légère pour une ipa. Une IPA de soif, parfaite après une longue randonnée autour du lac ! (M)

Bottle. Pitch black, creamy beige head, lasting. Nice honey nose with some milder chocolate in the back. A bit milder honey in the taste, some sweetness and sligth citric feel. Medium bitterness, a bit herbal, lasting aftertaste, a bit roasty. Medium full body, silky. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Dark brown, medium beige head. Christmas spices nose - cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg in charge. Later some chocolate and nuts. Medium bitterness, quite yeasty and spicy later on. Lasting aftertaste. Creamy and fuller body, some alcohol warmth. OK, though a bit too spiced for me.
