Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a warming kiss of alcohol. Decent sipper if no wow offered.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent.

Nose is sweet malts, molasses, brown sugars, bourbon rip, chocolate melt. Taste comprises chocolate, spice, mellow roast, bourbon soaked oak, toffee, dark fruit rinds. Medium bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy kit if running a touch on the sweet side for my liking.

Nose is orange zest, melon, grass, mandarin. Taste comprises mellow citric flesh, ripe melon, tangerine, citric tinged straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Okay IPA.

Can on the 'Balaton' from Budapest Deli to Fonyod, picked up from Beer Selection, Budapest, 10/06/23. Lighter shade of black topped with a khaki head that thins to a swirl. Nose is roast malts, dried fruits, dark chocolate, raisins. Taste comprises earthy roast, cocoa powder, toffee, brown bread, dried fruit rinds, charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay stout.

Bottle. Brownish black colour with a mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is roasted, some coffeeish, mild chocolaty and vanilla tones along with a bit of wooden and nutty tones. Flavour is following the pattern of the aroma, but also has a quite nice floral hoppy bitterness to it.

Bottle. Hazy orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild nectary and a bit sweet malts with some sweet grains and spruce tips as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectary, mild biscuity, bready and some caramel tones to it. Quite mellow and pleasant brew made to drink more than one of.

0,33 can. Lighter, unfiltered appearance, the head is just right, it sticks to the glass. I expected a darker color, but that doesn't mean anything. The aroma is delicate, good ale-yeast-matured maltiness, and fruity, delicate hops - let's say grapefruit... I wouldn't call it watery or full-bodied, although as an IPA it's more of a thinner one. Weak carbonation - stale feeling. Maybe the batch wasn't fresh, the whole beer felt tired. Basic IPA, from the "nothing special" category for me. And the bitterness was definitely lacking for me.

,Világosabb, szűretlen kinézet, a hab az megfelelő, tapad is a pohárra. Sötétebb színre számítottam, de ez nem jelent semmit. Az illata finom, jó ale-élesztőn érlelődött malátásság, és gyümölcsös finom komlósság - legyen mondjuk grapefruitos... Nem mondanám sem vizesnek, sem testesnek, bár IPA-ként inkább a vékonyabbak között van. Gyenge szénsavasság- állott érzés. Lehet hogy a tétel nem volt friss, az egész sörön fáradtság érződött. Alap IPA, számomra a "semmi különös" kategóriából. Keserűség pedig kifejezetten kevés volt nekem.

I’m missing something to balance out the almost harsh bitterness. Maybe a bit of sweetness or more body.
But I really appreciate that someone made a dairy free milkshake. Took me 4 years to tick this style off. Big up to HopTop! 👍🏼

0.33l can. Slightly opaque golden body with a moderate sized white head. Aroma and taste of sugar syrup, grapefruit, grassy hops and herbs. Simple, yet correct IPA. Bonus points for actually being bitter.
