Bottle. Yellowish golden colour with a foamy white head. Aroma is yeast, some peppery tones, mild tart wood as well as some mild fruity tones. Flavour is sour wood, some tart berries, citrus, mild yeast and some slight spiciness. Quite mouthdrying.

Draft at Sir Williams, Ljubljana. Black with beige head. Roasty, chocolate, cocoa, licorice, sweetish with some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

On tap at Lajbah Ljubljana. Black coloured, medium sized beige head that went away fast, chocolate and some anise in the nose. Chocolate, caramel, light licorice and anise with short dryish roasty finish. Slightly ashy also.

Tap at Sir William's. Nice full yellow body, didn't note the head. Mango juice in the sweetish aroma. Mango and banana notes in the taste, ending tart, soft an pleasant. Quite clean, and while not flashy, pretty much does its job - liked it a lot, and it beat Pelicon's Mango Milkshake IPA in a side by side by a mile.

Tap at Lajbag. Pitch black body, creamy beige head. Creamy, oily aroma, chocolate, prunes. Lean, soft, bit watery taste, some chocolate, bit nutty, trace raisins, bit of tar... Very ordinary and yet different, and I'm just glad Barut is still around!

Tap, Sir William's. Hazy glowing red, tiny white head. Mild fruity nose, some berries with tart and gently sweet feeling. Strong puckery sourness, a bit fruity. Gently tart. Light and very fresh, great one. Super refreshing.

Tap, Sir William's Pub. Pitch black, medium sized and creamy beige head, lasting. Nice chocolate upfront, vanlla, cream and roasted later on. Gently sweet start, medium bitterness, pretty roasted finish, grainy. A bit warming. Medium body. Nicely drinkable.
