Bottle courtesy of Marko who left this with me following a tasting back in February. Consumed at home Wednesday 30th April 2025, we had the now amazing and legendary 😍 Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests) again tonight after a hard few hours of mowing the garden. Listening to Snapped Ankles - Hard Times Furious Dancing. Pours oily black with a light tan head, the nose is dried Christmas cake fruits, so currants, raisins, sultanas and prunes that sort of thing but a little booze also. Similar in the flavour department but with a noticeable tang. Smooth mouthfeel, it's a touch tannic, a little rough around the edges but this also gives it a bit of edginess, a bit of character. There's some oakiness, wet wood, light roasty bitterness. Ok it's not polished or refined it's a little bruiser, it's not an huge throw everything at it Imperial Stout it's more simple than that but it does what it does pretty well.

0.33 l bottle thanks to Marko, shared with him. Clear amber, medium off-white head. Aroma is lacquer, candy, cherry, herbs, caramel. Bitter, creamy, smooth. Bland, soft. Flavour is fruity, berries, candy. Harsh finish, herbal.

330ml bottle from CroCraft & More, Mall of Split. Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, caramel, pine & malt. Medium body. Hoppy moderate bitter finish. Quite enjoyable

Bottle Pours pale yellow with white head. Hoppy feel, somewhat yeasty. Leans towards IPL. Fair

0,3l from tap at Crew Bar, Split. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells pines, toffee, earthy. Nice and subtle smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes pines, toffee, earthy, bit peppery, grassy, herbal, tobacco. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and peppery notes. Good stuff, old school, nice balance

Bottle from a friend, many thanks Peter. Amber color with thick white head. Aroma of caramel, almost no hops, autolysis. Taste is heavy autolysis, caramel malt, light citrus hops. Something went wrong here.

Bottle from a friend, many thanks Peter. Almost clear orange golden color with medium white head. Aroma of floral hops, malt. Taste is hop forwarded with floral notes, citrus hops, zest. Medium long fruity hoppy finish. Good.

Bottle from a friend, many thanks man. Amber color with white head. Aroma of caramel, oranges, tangerines, citrus zest. Taste starts malty, caremelly, followed by moderate citrus hops with oranges, tangerines, zest. Typical CZ/H/SK/CRO IPA.

Bottle froim a friend. Many thanks. Pale golden color with small white head. Malty, yeasty aroma. Taste is malty, diacetyl, light DMS, weird sourness, touch of hops.
