Vaříme převážně svrchně kvašená a pokud si to styl žádá, tak bohatě chmelená piva. Ponejvíce ejly jako IPA, APA, ale i piva pšeničná v německém nebo belgickém stylu. Rádi používáme cizokrajné aromatické chmely a studené chmelení je náš denní chleba. Ochutnej s námi, co je pivní rozmanitost. Náš pivovar je postavený na 600litrové varně s pěti 1200litrovými a třemi 600litrovými tanky.

Draft at the source. Clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of light grassy, fruity and citrus hops with grain. Light sweet and above light bitter. Very crisp and decent.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, herbal and light lemony nose. Grainy, herbal, lemony, bit floral and quite dry finish.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Aroma is moderately hoppy, citrus, orange, herbs, malts. Light green apple. Flavour is malty, herbal, citrusy. Slightly creamy. Moderate bitterness. Finishes moderate dry.

Can from wherever, shared with Hrabren and Ogi in Zagreb. Mahler's 8th symphony finale playing in the background to irritate Ogi probably. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white thick head, medium retention. Strong citrusy sweet lemon aroma, herbal body, sweetish and smooth. Lean, dry lemony taste, sweetish malty body, low herbal and woody touches, low bitterness. Bit flat, but generally clean and nice.

Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med bitter, light sweet. Background malt, a hint of oat maybe? Med grassy, flowery hops, winey hint. Easy drinking, clean, quite good.

Tap at Vratnice. Murky yellow body, off-white head. Creamy aroma, mango jam, overripe tangerine and spice from Eris, creaminess bordering on butter. Lean, fresh taste, ripe orange and light herbal, oniony notes, bit slick by the finish. Good take brought down somewhat by just a touch of diacetyl I reckon.

Bottle at Knír from the Barba crew. Murky dark salmon body, off-white head, gone soon. Smooth lactic acid and berry aroma, raspberries more. Lean, dryish but juicy taste, borderline sweetish really, odd raspberry, some buckthorn maybe, light autolysis. Eh.

Tap at Kegzistence. Hazy reddish body, off-white head. Some unripe plums in the aroma, bit tart. Bit phenolic tart fruit taste, followed by fresh plum taste, bit dry, citric. Eh. Bit heavier than it should be.
