1.9.2025. Tap at the brewery. Pretty neutral, cleanish. Pretty basic and also not very intense hops character, med-light grassy, citrusy. A bit candyish sugary. Drinkable, goodish, not greatish. 6,1.
2.5.2026. Tap at the brewery. 12° version. Thinnish bod, med carbo. High bitter, a bit harsh, light sweet. A bit lacking in hops aromatics, med grassy, zesty, med phenolic. Weird. 6,2.

Tap at the brewpub. Pitch black body, off-white thick head. Acetaldehyde/green apple, honeyish and caramelly, lightly coffeeish notes, cakey, apart from the green apple. Dry, smooth, slick taste. Dark malts, honey notes, mildly cakey, vaguely caramelly, ending dry again. Okay apart from the green apple undertone, maybe a bit too dry as well. With a bit more care this might work!

Tap at the brewpub. Misty golden body, thick off-white head. Touches of orange and herbs from the hops on the creamy aroma along with some meaty yeastiness. Empty dry bitterish taste, traaaace floral, even lighter caramel, maybe some unripe fruit if I put my imagination to work, before the undefined peppery bitterness, bit rough, takes over. Likely low, but the body does nothing to tamper it. Nah, no...

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden body, white head. Lightly yeasty grainy, leathery aroma, some light peachy notes. Lime notes in the taste, citric, crackery maltiness, vague tartness and bitterness. Fine but could use, weirdly enough, a touch less body even for a 8° somehow. Not sure what makes it fuller, yeastiness maybe? All in all, interesting.

Tap at the brewpub. Misty greenish-golden body, white head. Sweet, odd herbal aroma, some nettle tincture? Unsure. Sweet, lightly tart taste, maltiness and nettle notes, okay, odd, not all there but not bad either. Too sweet I reckon.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Flowery, herbal, oily touches in the aroma, mixing with a light, very light touch of DMS. Yeasty, rustic taste, leathery notes, some herbal hoppy touches, yolk, some light DMS again, kinda lacking in hoppiness too, but very interesting. Fine, showing promise, but ultimately a bit flawed in this batch.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is caramelly with a fairly low bitterness. Clean and pleasant. 636316

Cloudy golden with a large white head. Fruity nose followed up by pale malt, floral and biscuit notes. Over the palate came pale malt, fresh cut grass, citric and floral accents. Finished dry and bitter.
