Dark red amber with huge fluffy beige colored head. Dry grapefruit zest, resin, pine, rubber, leather, toffee, dried rains and figs. Dry zesty resinous bitterness, fruity toffee sweetness, slightly zesty citrusy sourness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty resinous bittersweet sourish finish. A very good intense and full bodied Irish Red Ale, very rare to find. Another great beer by this great brewery!

Edit 6/2025. Malty, floral, herbal, light spicy and bready aroma. Murky gold body; persistent white head. Malty, herbal, floral, citrus, yeasty, dry finish. Lower body; medium carbonation. Very good pilsner, something between bohemian and german style. Own KEG at garden party. IAP, Prague.

Can at BBT feb 2025. Bought at their brewery. Med-thin body, moderate carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Pretty dry. Lots of grassy, herbal hops character. Still feels fresh. Light diacetyl. A bit rough, but good. Classic fresh hop lager.
