Bottle. It's black to dark brown in the glass, with a small, dense beige head. The aroma has a good dash of chocolate, with roasted malts and a touch of burnt malts. Some spiced hints and a strange touch of something that's been in the fridge and freezer too long. It's full to medium bodied and softly carbonated, smooth, semi-dry, with a flavor dominated by chocolate. Some cocoa powder and oats, and a very light spiced hint. There's a strange feeling of something that's been in the freezer too long in this one, else it's quite nice. 241103

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. It pours an unclear brown body and no head. Quite oily pour. The aroma has roasted malts, alcohol, a burnt hint, caramel and dried fruit. It's full-bodied, oily and warm on the palate, with a rather sweet flavor. Quite sharp bitterness. Roasted malts, a touch of burnt malts too, alcohol and some dark dried fruit as well. Lasting finish. A bit messy this one, but quite nice anyway. 240802

Can at home. Pours clear golden with white head. Aroma of herbs, cookies, light bread. Tastes bitter with some sweetness. Thin bodied. Bitter finish, slightly dry mouthfeel. The beer lacks some body and sweetness to balance the slightly sharp bitterness.

A big NOPE. The apricot flavor tastes like the artificial flavor drops you put in water when you're dieting. Undrinkable. From a local brewery which I wasn't able to visit. I do like how the can says the brewery is from 63°N.

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. It's an almost clear golden colored beer with a minimalistic white head. Fruity aroma with some bready malt notes. Peach and a touch of honey. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a touch of both chili warmth and alcohol warmth. A faint touch of chili flavor too, along with peach and some sweet bready malts. Generic fruityness and honey. Medium length finish. Sort of decent, but feels quite messy I think. 240801
