About
Our brewery started life up in Morpeth, Northumberland, back in 2012. One name change later, we settled on being called Anarchy Brew Co. and started brewing our core beers, packed with flavour that we still make today (Blonde Star and Citra Star). After running out of room at the old site, we decided we needed somewhere bigger. And in October we moved to new digs in Newcastle upon Tyne, where you’ll find us today. The new Anarchy brewery opened its doors in October 2018 in Walkergate, with the added bonus of our new taproom.

On tap at The Artichoke Norwich Hazy gold colour thin white head. Tropical fruit flavour. Deep mango . Decent tropical fruit led ipa. pretty good. intense.

On tap at The Artichoke Norwich turbid gold orange colour lasting white head. light dankness. tropical fruit sweet pineapple flavour slightly dank tropical fruit. moderate bitterness on the finish. not all bad. some decent flavours and quote well balanced. clearly not my style but fine.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy orange with a big fluffy head. Nose - coconut, fresh apricot and orange. Taste - coconut and ripe peach. An edge of orange again. Palate - creamy and medium bodied. Fairly balanced on the finish. Overall - good.

Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of coconut, dill, light orange. Taste is light sweet, herbal, orange barley water. Creamy texture. Bitter finish.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - murky yellow to brown. Thin head. Nose - pineapple and coconut. Taste - more of the same. Perhaps some citrus. Palate - light bodied and refreshing. Overall - good.

Can shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours murky yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple and coconut. Taste is stronger on the coconut, light creamy texture, but thinning out at the end.

9/8/2020. Can from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with a bubbly off-white head. Lovely Sabro hop aroma with coconut, tropical fruit and a touch of citrus. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Really enjoyed this.

9/8/2020. Can from CentrAle, Newcastle. Poured hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is juicy, fruity, citrus, tropical fruit, melon and lemon. Moderate sweetness and moderate but developing bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Has an earthy bitter grapefruit finish. Enjoyable.

mini can at neils... August 2020... dark black.. milky tan head.. soft nutty tonka.. Light licorice nose... ok i love that, when i smelt this i went OHHH, that's interesting, what's that and really couldn't place only to discover its some wierd wood.... soft sweet caramel toffee.. Light tonksesque... wierd interesting tasty

A light yellow beer, a head is quite small and white. Aroma is mild, grain, fruitness. Taste has grain, some biscuit, nice bitterness, pretty dry. Almost medium bodied. Nice beer, easy and enjoyable.
