Bottle at home. Clear very pale golden, no head. Sweet apple, green apple, some CO2, sugar, citric acid, lime leaves. Sweet and sour, no bitterness. Over light bodied. Refreshing stuff.

Tap. Golden, clear. Aroma: sweet, but with an apple sourness, pickled apple, a slight hint of wildness. Taste: sour, but moderately, a little sweetness, pickled apples, a little wild, moderately dry, quite drinkable.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pale golden, small head. Peppery pear aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, cellary pears. Light funk and sugar. Mild peppery finish.
