Bottle. 2022 version. Aroma of sweet apples and their skins. But there’s a little funk a sourness as well upon a taste as well as a little oak at the end. Alcohol shows a little.

Keg at Electrowerkz, London. Fecking expensive here even by London standards, glad I only ordered a half! Clear gold with a visibly strong fizz. It's on the sweet side of medium, but there's some tannic apple skins in there keeping it fairly tasty and drinkable compared to the crappy ciders you often get at other music venues. Definitely too fizzy though.

Bottle from Tesco. Pours clear pale yellow with no head. Pear aromas, light sulphur whiff. Taste is on the sweet side. Sweet pear finish.

Bottle, clear pale red colour, ripe apples and leather, a bit of wood and dried apples,light to medium sweetness, a bit of bitterness and sourness. Nice and really interesting.

500ml bottle from Tesco, Newton Aycliffe. 2023 Vintage. Sparkling very pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of pear, fruit, sulphury hint. Taste is sweet, ripe pear, fleshy, fruity, sugary, with a hint of musty funk and some mellow soft tannin. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet peary finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Tesco Express, Darlington. Clear yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruits, funk hint. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, sugar, tangy, with some astringency and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, tangy medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
