Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey holden with a small and fizzy, dissipating white head. Sweet aroma of overripe apples with an edge of tannins. Medium body, sweet overripe apples and heavy tannins. No real tartness. Lovely. 040524

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant canary yellow, clear, with no foam. Aroma is weak of apples. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with a little acidity in the back. Final is average.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale canary yellow, fully transparent, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, slightly spiced. Not sure I feel the pear... More like apples. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with just a final hint of acidity. Final is average.

Draught at Ontanu Lounge, Northallerton. 5.2%. Golden colour, thin white foam head that retains and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some skin, sulphury note and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite OK

From tap at Old Shades, London, with Sindre and Sigurd 15.02.24. Cloudy pale yellow. Strong aroma and taste of pineapple and coconut. And that’s it.
