500ml bottle, gift from Emma. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of apple, fruity, hint of sulphur. Taste is sweet, fruity, ripe apple, tangy, with skin and core, some tartness and woody tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable,

Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Lightly hazed pale golden yellow with a modest white cap that soon clears. Nose is tarte apple, straw, light farmyard tones, grains. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, tannins, trace of funk, orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

6/12/2022. Bottle from Morrisons, Ipswich. As Henry Westons Medium Dry Cloudy Vintage. Pours hazy/cloudy pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is rich apple, light funk, straw, slightly baked and woody notes. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, oily, fairly fizzy. Dry, light woody finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Boathouse Cider and Sausage Festival. Pours a misty crimson red. Taste and aroma is reliant on artificial and chemically sweet strawberry ice pop notes, no elderflower notes emerging. Light syrupy body. Not good.

Box @ Boathouse Cider Festival. Misty deep crimson red appearance. Taste and aroma is reliant on artificially sweet raspberry with no cucumber notes at all, very light syrupy body. Not good.

From bottle at Knights Tower 19.11.22. Cloudy straw colour. No head. Fine aroma and taste of yellow apples, apple peel, wood and a slight hint of barnyard. Good! Appropriately low carbonation. Some bitterness is lingering on.
