500ml bottle from Frivolity Bottle Shop, Darlington. Pale golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of sweet apple, fruity, woody, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, sugary, with a vanilla hint, some citric acidity and woody notes. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-dry finish with alittle lingering sweetness. Quite OK

Bottle labelled Waitrose English Vintage Cider 2020. Enjoyed at Knights Tower 16.02.22. Clear pale straw colour. No head. Fine aroma and taste of cider apples, a hint of oak, dry white wine, apple peel and green grapes. Some bitterness. Dry mouthfeel. Very quaffable.

50cl bottle (6,8%) from Stonemanor, The British Store near Brussels. F: no real. C: pale gold, light hazy. A: a lot of apple juice, red apples peels. T: apples, bit sour apples, red apples peels, bit cellar like, soft carbonation, good balanced, enjoyed.

12/12/2021. Bottle from Morrisons, Ipswich. Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apple, touch of sulphur. Medium sweetness, light tart edge. Moderate body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Light dry finish. Ok.

From cask as Rosie’s Pig Rhubarb at Champion, Kensington, 12.12.21. Cloudy peach colour. No head. Uncarbonated. Sweet and bitter taste of cider apples with notes of bitter rhubarb, with some bark in the aftertaste.
