Tap at Peders Brewskival Warmup event 21/08/2025 - Sweet molasses with a plethora of dark dried fruit shred, layer of spices, sticky toffee and fudge like malty sweetness, full bodied, nice barrel action throughout into the warming malty close. Very nice.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours jet black with think dark brown head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has maple and cinnamon with dark grains, a light nuttiness and a touch of roast coming through. Flavor has pecan and dark grains with growing bourbon and maple supporting.

Sampled from nitro at the brewpub. Pours black a clear near black with a cascading milky brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has dark grains with some earthy roast and a touch of an oyster note coming through. Flavor has strong dark grains with a growing roast and an earthy oyster underlying.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a murky mango color with no head whatsoever. Aroma has rich mango and passionfruit with some tart tangerine underlying. Flavor has tart mango and tangerine with a growing passionfruit and finishes with a sour bite.
