Хороший стаут, есть шоколад, бобы какао, бочка приятная на финише. Но другое пиво сессии от этйо пивоварни напрочь побороло память об этом.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has some phenols, rustic notes, and bready malt. Flavour has lots of phenols, rustic saison yeast, and more bandaids on the finish. Messed up yeast profile. Very bad.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a mostly clear bright amber pink, no head. Aroma has tart cherries and raspberries, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is very tart, with lots of acidity, subdued phenols, ugh. This is totally messed up.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has intense vanilla beans, some barrels, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rich as hell, with intense vanilla beans, bourbon barrels, and dark sugars. Rich vanilla and cohesive malt base. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, light barnyard notes, and bay. Flavour is messed up, with some weird acetone, farmhouse notes, and hay. Weird yeast profile—something went wrong here. Not good.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours jet black, no head. Aroma is loaded with deep bourbon barrels, brown sugar, and some vanilla. Flavour is very rich, with tons of brown sugar, vanilla, and huge bourbon barrels. Super cohesive and intense. Phenomenal.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a bright red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tart raspberries upfront, light funk, and gentle phenols. Flavour has plenty of tart raspberries that cover the phenols, but the off-notes are detracting.
