Bottle from Memorable Cheeses, Ipswich. Poured out rather flat, minimal/no head and relatively unatractive. More enjoyable to drink, and certainly in keeping with the style it emulates.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012, London. Pours faint hazy yellow with a weak, white foam head. Straw and light grass in the nose. LIght sweet flavor, surprisingly bitter with grass and dirty straw. Light in body with average carbonation. Light dryness to finish, with more straw and some pale malts. OK.
