Can split at Hackney Levels, thanks to LKS, 31/05/17. Clear golden with a decent off white head. Nose is tangerine, straw, light floral notes, orange pith, bread dough. Taste comprises soft bread, orange peel, lemon rind, melon, hint of grapefruit, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop bitter rasp, Average IPA with an old skool touch.

Bottle at critz farms. Pours out pale straw no head. Nose is spice apple sauce a nice sweetness. Taste is more of the spice nice tart apple sweetness.

Bottle at critz farms. Pours out pale straw color with a white ring of a head. Nose is honey sweet apples a light spice and some maple. Taste is more of the honey sweetness crisp apples and a maple spike.

Bottle at harvest moon. Pours out a clear crisp topped with a bubbly white head. Nose is nice floral hops spice apple notes and a perfume. Taste is more of the floral hops notes perfume and apple sweetness.

On tap at harvest moon. Pours out a dish water color topped with a white bubble head. Nose is light booze green apple spice. Taste is more of the green apple and bone dry.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples and Epsom salts, very good. In mouth, a nice sweet tart apples with light acidity, very nice. On tap at Syracuse Beer fest November 2014.

Bubble wine glass. Mellow pale gold body. Soft fizz.
Acidy apples & obvious maple on the nose.
Semisweet, tart grocery store apples. Maybe more acidy then tart. Sticky sweet, smokey, dark maple finish. Overshadowed apples.
Seltzer-ish carbonation. Malty texture. Subdued alcohol. Gets a little ugly if it doesn’t stay cold.
Heavy-handed with the maple, but it’s interesting.
