Half-pint, draught, shared with Finn at Boxcar Brewery & Taproom. Off-white head, black in the glass, clingy lacing. Well roasted dark malty aromas, chocolate-fruity, promising. Comprehensive flavoured with dried fruits, dark berries, earth, and cocoa. Smoothly roasted ending, warming down the swallow. A fine nightcap sipper. (Bethnal Green, London 09.02.2023).
