Description
Our passion for food,and quality drinks have always been our main drive. After years of studies,hard work and tasting, since december 2014 we are really proud to brew our own beers on site. We do select and use only the best ingredients,focusing on the purest brewing laws. Our beers are infiltred and served fresh directly from the brewery. Our aim is to bring you a great and unique taste at the best.

5/6/2023. Draught at The Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grapefruit, caramel, malt. Big grapefruit taste, nice grapefruit tartness, slightly artificial sweetener, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Decent.

The Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne - Pours a hazy orange colour with a tiny thin white head that settled. Aroma is grainy malt, caramel, banana and yeasty. A moderately sweet taste, sweet malts, caramel, banana and yeasty flavours with a light bitterness.

Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne - Pours a hazy orange colour with a small thin head that quickly disappeared. Aroma cherry, vanilla, and sweet doughy pastry. A light sweet taste, cherry bakewell, sweet cherries and lemony flavours with a light sourness in the finish.

Pours a hazy orange amber colour with a small white head that settled. Aroma is fruit gums, sour fruit and toffee apple. Moderately sweet with a light sour fruity taste, toffee, green apples and lychee flavours with a light sour finish. Not the usual, a refreshingly different IPA.

Pours a hazy yellow gold colour with a small white head. The aroma is oranges and lemons with a light spicy yeastiness. A moderately sweet taste, saisson flavours, banana, light spice, lemon. Creamy mouthfeel and a light sour finish.

Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a hint of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, average to fine carbonation.
