Taste is fruity, floral, pear, tart with acidic, zesty citrus, gooseberry, white wine notes and woody, formic acid hints. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable

500ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, short-lived white foamy head and aroma of formic acid, pears. Taste is tart, fleshy pear, sweet and sour, fruity, citric with some funk and formic acid notes. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Interesting, quite OK.

Crisp, dry, tart and quaffablr. Nice elderflower vibes. Tasty.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Scopey. Pours clear, pale yellow. Really interesting aroma, some lemon peel, dried pears. Medium sweet flavour, some floral notes, more dried pears, citrus peel. Medium bodied, fine. Finishes with touches of warmth, more flowers, hay, lemon, dried pears, biscuits. Fun stuff. Really novel.
