Pours deep gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sour caramel aromas. Soft with sourdough, bitter lemon peel and earth. Lasting dirty hop finish.

Bottle, undated, at Miracle of Science, just for the hell of it, drunk 1/27/16.
Small white head shows medium-to-poor retention atop a clear, light golden body with moderate carbonation.
Smells sour, corn-like and with notes of salt and seltzer. Lots of cereal grain. No alcohol. Probably just tons of tannin and low levels of diacetyl. Husky.
Sour and corn-laden flavor is pretty poor. At least it’s not too sweet and there’s no overt diacetyl or other problems, but I can’t get past the sourness and it’s very, very fizzy, stripped, husky and watery. Not sure what they were going for here....
