Cuivre, col fin crémeux blanc.
Bière étonnante – gruit IPA ce qui défie un peu le but d’un gruit de venir y rajouter du houblon – le tout est malté pâle, herbacé tout en ayant ce côté sauvage d’herbes/sous-bois, en retrait je note tout de même un léger apport plus sur le frais/fruité du houblon.

Nisune, suitsune, hapukas, vesine. Okish.

Magus, nata suitsune, karamelline, linnaseline, mesine, veits herbaalne, mõru. Ok.

Birch leaves, herbal, watery, floral

Magus, väga kasene, veits linnaseline, pärmine, nats vesine. Ok, minu jaoks nats liialt magus.

Bottled 500ml. -at RBESG 2023 Grand Tasting. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, mild herbal nose. Fruity, herbal, light citrusy and floral with bitterish finish.

Bottle at the RBESG 23 grand tasting, thanks to the Estonian crew - and to Gurthnar who shared it with me after someone was too quick with emptying the bottle while I still hadn't had it. Misty yellow body, whtie head if I remember correctly. Sweetish, mainly herbal, bit citric aroma. Herbal, sweetish taste, light resin, citric notes, quite soft. Can't say that Mosaic and Citra are shining, but can't say this is a bad beer either.

Fizzy, grapefruit skins, hoppy, straw

Bottle at RBESG GT 2023. Thin body, a bit grainy, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness. Low sweetness. Not much hoppiness. Rather average.

--Bottled at RBESG Grand Tasting 2023. -- Clear pale golden, rich firm head. Fruity nose with herbal hay and citrus. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready, herbal and citrusy. Mildly piney mid bitter finish.
