A: hazy ochre, stable, foamy, white head.
A: apple slices, wheat, soap, chewing gum, cheese rind, thyme.
T: sweetish apple & pear, bitter herbs, wheat.
F: grassy hops, apple slices, chewing gum.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Oddly herbal (the juniper then), not really my thing.

Tap at Vingiu Dubingiu. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Classic belgiany feeling, lots of phenols, spicy, flowery. Easy drinking, even witbiery feeling. Quite good, tasty.

33cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours black with a modest. tanned head. Herbal aroma is dominating - at first it smelled almost like Riga Balsam. Roasted malt, notes of chocolate and plenty of herbs. Sweet, bitter and quite flavourful. Quite enjoyable.

50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours close to pitch black, with a modest tanned head. Roasty aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee and lactose. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and a light bitterness. Quite drinkable.

50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours almost clear golden with a decent, white head. Fresh and pleasant birch sap aroma with mild malty notes. Really pleasant and refreshing. Could easily have more of this one!

50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours almost clear, deep amber with a decent, off-white head. Herbal and hoppy with slightly fruity and spicy notes, but wormwood seems to be most dominating. Flavourful, bitter and interesting. Quite drinkable and rather refreshing.

50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Malty and grainy with mild herbal notes and hints dough and caramel. Moderate to medium sweet with medium to low flavour intensity. Quite enjoyable.
