At first there was a definite whiff of cabbage, short-lived, but unpleasant. On the other hand, flavor has some pleasant floral qualities that come and go against a modest bitter background.

For a session IPA this is top notch, golden pour. Lovely nose of grass and citrus. Tastes of orange blossom, lemon, grassy, cereal some rock candy, and honey. Lively fizzy palate. Very good

Its good but not great. I was expecting more character from the chokecherry. Aroma’s funky, fruity, yeasty, tart, slightly putrid. Flavor’s mainly a moderate tart and some fruit. Good body and finish.

Pour is a black with a large tan head. Aroma is a nice char but not much other than that. Flavor is again a chared and roasted malt but not much other than that. I would not call this bland but this is pretty straight forward for a impy stout. There is a decent roasted malt and the alcohol is hidden well but there is not much beyond that.

Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is doughy malt with some wildflower honey. Flavor is a nice dry pils malt and again I am getting some honey. Just a little hop bitterness before the swallow. Nothing remarkable but it is a decent malty pils some some honey notes.

12oz can pours a clear, light gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose is nice, floral, grassy, a little butter but lemon too. Flavor delivers on the promise, simple but well done kolsch is there, light grist, grass, light hop, light soap. Crisp and dry finish. Solid and easy drinker.
