750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of rustic farmhouse notes and some perfumey, floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of rustic farmhouse notes, a touch of floral notes, and biscuity notes. Pretty authentic for an American un-bretted saison. Well made and enjoyable - but nothing special.

Bottle pour at the tasting, thanks to Ferris. Pours a semi cloudy golden color. Bretty, citrus fruit aroma. Dry throughout, with a semi sweet melon fruit. Very impressed by this one. Very unique flavor, delicious, and a cool bottle to pair. Galaxy hops are like that actor that you could never name before, but now they seem to be popping up in everything. Love it.
