Initial burst of white grape, melon, guava, and a touch if chive, underlined by a gentle malt sweetness and some minerals on the back end. Overall not very pilsner-ish, but tasty.

Pours a cloudy dark yellow color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, tropical and citrus fruits, and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Another solid collab with Fidens.

Pours a cloudy orange-yellow color with a thick and frothy white head that burns away steadily to a film. Partial rings of lace. Herbal hops, citrus fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, lemon and bready malt. The finish is clean with a zesty citrus and hop aftertaste. Good collab IPA all around.

The Maniac. Not feeling great today, but decided to have one beer, so may as well be a TIPA.

Boozy OJ. Very enjoyable.

Happy Easter and 4/20 from The Ghost and I to those that celebrate.

Two big wins today, well, technically yesterday at this point. First, Spurs with a very gusty performance in Frankfurt to advance to Europa League semi final vs Bodø/Glimt! Then, Gasper Hockey takes game one of the winter championship!

On the sweet side for a pils, with notes of corn and grain and a little vanilla, followed by a floral note lacking bitterness. Crisp and well-carbonated but a bit one-sided.
