Can from the brewery.
Slightly hazy orange pour, with a huge, sticky, pillowy white head. Huge pine resin aroma, sticky, pungent resins. Light citrus, and citrus zest, fresh sticky hop cones. Oily mouth feel, soft carb. Sweet sticky malts balance the big hop bill. A well balanced old school double ipa. Great stuff, a touch heavy though.

Tap at sawdust.
Hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma has some nice piney hop aromas, with good cereals. Low to medium bitterness, with a subtle pine resin finish. A nice alternative to a labatt 50, or molson ex.

Tap at sawdust. Hazy slightly beige pour, with slightly redish hue, and a big off white head. The aroma has soft cherry, with grassy undertones, and some light citrus. Lively carb, effervescent mouth feel. Sweet cherry pie finish with some soft grass. Quite nice.

Hazy yellow pour, big frothy white head. Quite grassy, with some herbal notes. I’m picking up sage, and subtle cedar with some pine resin. Very soft mouth feel, and soft carb. Finish is medium bitter with some light funk notes and some lightly tart cereals, with some malted wheat. Hints of citrus zest and white pepper. Interesting, complex, and refreshing.

Can from the lcbo. Clear brown pour, medium beige head. Aroma is incredibly sweet, lots of vanilla, and super sweet, sticky caramels. Mouth feel is thinner than youd expect from the aroma. Finish is cloying, and just a vanilla, caramel bomb. Not my bag.

Tap at Barhop and cans from the brewery. Spicy hops, with some pine and citrus rind. Flavour is big on lemon oil, and a soft pine finish. Medium bitterness. Good malts, we’ll balanced.

On tap at the brewery. Black pour, tiny, white head. Aroma is a boat load of hazel nuts and all around nuttiness. Some cocoa comes through, but it’s subtle, with hints of vanilla. Watery, thin mouthfeel, with a below average carb. Finish is surprisingly not sweet, light bitterness, satisfying nuttiness, and some dry cocoa, and roasted malts.

Big pine Aroma, with loads of citrus too. Chewy malts, bready, with good cereals. Oily mouth feel, good carb. Lemon peel comes through in the end with a solid lemon oil/zest flavour with some big Green leafy hop aromas. Nice stuff. I also enjoy the shot they take at the session Ipa style.

Can from the brewery. Burnt orange pour, small beige head. Aroma is very bread, and slightly nutty, with some very subtle, soft hops. Mouth feel is a tad watery, flavour to me reminds me more of an alt, than a marzen, the malts are very prominent. Finish is again quite bread, minerals, and lots of cereals.

Tap at thirsty and miserable. Dark pour, beige head. Big Aroma of vinous red wine oky Bartel with some solid roasty malts. The barrel gives a sour cherry note to the beer. Quite interesting.
