In addition to our year-round brands, we brew exceptional seasonal offerings, exciting limited batch brews, barrel-aged and experimental beers. Of course all of our beers are all-natural and made with only the finest ingredients. We don’t take ourselves too seriously as our labels express and hey, beer should be fun! Hazy golden pour, big frothy white head. Big citrus hoppy aroma with very very little wheat character. Lively carb, solid mouthfeel. Very bitter finish, solid pine, and citrus. This is an ipa mesquerading as a wheat ale. Reminds me alot of great lakes miami weisse.

Hazy amber pour, big rocky off white head.
Aroma of citrus hops, and some subtle resinous pine. The flavor on the other hand seemed a little off, the hops still came through, but i was getting a distinct butter, diacetyl flavor, that i just couldn’t shake.
the finish was quite bitter, and pleasant. a nice ipa, but the butter bugged me.
Re rate: the kinks have been worked out and this is now a world class ipa. And arguably the bestbwidely available ipa in Ontario. Huge pine and grapefruit aromas, verynunbalanced, but nectar of the gods for a hop head.

On tap at the CNE. Was waiting for it to added to the database. Hay orange pour, tiny white head. Lots of banana, and quite a bit of fruit. Tropical, some apple, and subtle spices. A little thick on the mouthfeel, and a low carb. Yeasty, fruity finisj, quite alot going on. Good stuff.

This grisette poured a slightly hazy, deep orange colour with a big, creamy off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, spice, toffee and whipped cream? First swig was quite carbonated with flavours of spice, ripe fruit, floral hops and caramel. Finish is lightly hoppy with a sweeter ending. Flavours of malt, and ripe fruit flavours lingering.

This amber poured a hazy, deep orange colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel malt, light toast and nuts. First swig was smooth and creamy with delicious flavours of maltyness, light citrus hops and a little buscuit. Finish is a tad hop bitterness with a lot of delicious malt flavours lingering.

This pils poured a minimally hazy light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, white bread, cardboard and minimal alcohol. First swig was smooth, creamy and a little thin with flavours of corn, honey and light hops. Finish is lightly bitter with corn flavours lingering.

This best bitter poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, caramel and minimal hops. Not much on the nose. First swig was a little sweet and quite nice with flavours of caramel, biscuit, dough and must. Finish is malty with lingering flavours of malt and a little hop bitterness.

This Helles poured a clear light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough, and a little spice. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of corn, malt and hops. Basic Helles really. Finish is mildly hoppy with corn flavours lingering.
