Located in Gravenhurst Ontario, the gateway to Muskoka, Sawdust City Brewing Company is dedicated to the art and science of creating exceptional craft beers.

In addition to our year-round brands, we brew exceptional seasonal offerings, exciting limited batch brews, barrel-aged and experimental beers. Of course all of our beers are all-natural and made with only the finest ingredients. We don’t take ourselves too seriously as our labels express and hey, beer should be fun! What we do take seriously is the quality of our beers, which we are sure you will enjoy.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Orange/golden coloured, small white head, mild piney caramel nose. Sweet malty, light herbal, caramel and some piney notes with touch of citrus...but all of that seems to be not so fresh. Moderate bitterness in the finish. Pitty.

Canned 473ml. -Courtesy of franski, shared with him and several others. Clear yellow/golden coloured, minimal white head, mild citrusy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy hoppy, grassy and notes of lime but unfortunately ruined by pretty sharp alcohol presence. Balanced bitterness but unbalanced alcohol here. Pitty. 9.0%ABV

Can @ home. Slightly unclear yellow orange color, full sized foamy white head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is malts, sweet hops, nice pine and spruce. Taste malts, hops, maybe some grapefruit, spruce, piney hops, piney hop bitter. Medium body and decent to medium carbonation. Solid.

Black color, medium head. Aroma of roasted malt and roasted hazelnuts. Some chocolate flavor, mild sourness, mild acidity.
It may be a bit off because of the sourness, but it’s quite good.

Pitch black pour with a thin tan head. Notes of roasted coffee, roasted malts, dark chocolate, dark cherries, a bit of anise seeds and a bit of booze. Full body, low carbonation and a roasty slightly boozy finish.

Közepes, tartós, tömör hab, borostyán szín. Citrusos, grapefruitos, déligyümölcsös illat. Grapefruitos, déligyümölcsös, ananászos ízek, némi fenyős aromával kiegészülve. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű. Kellemes gyümölcsös IPA.

Can @ home. Lightly unclear orange color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, hops. Don’t get much else. Taste malts, hops, hop bitter, light grapefruit, medium bitter, hop bitter. Medium body and carbonation.
