Can from the brewery. Pitch black with a small dark brown head that leaves tight lace. Nose is chocolate and coffee with lots of roasted nuts. Taste has a light sweet cola start and leading to a medium light bitter coffee and chocolate middle with a quite dry finish. Mouth is medium and creamy with soft carbonation. This works well.

Can from the brewery. Murky light orange with a generous white head that lingers. Dominant white wine and wood on the nose with a generous helping of green fruit and citrus and a supporting light toffee along with a yeasty spiciness. Light sweet fruit supports the medium tartness of grape and a bit of cherry. Light woodiness is evident in the finish. Medium slick mouth with fine carbonation and lingering tart finish. Princess works much better with this ageing.

Draught: Poured a golden/orangey color ale with a nice large slightly off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice citrusy and soapy hops are really enticing. Taste is also dominated by citrusy and soapy hops with great focus on the floral aspect and very well restrained bitterness notes. Light residual sugar note are also noticeable. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. I really enjoyed this IIPA which presented great balance and super good drinkability.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a little amber highlights. Good off-white head and decent lacing. Nice citrus aromas with zest and grass. Mildly dry mouthfeel. Citrus taste with grapefruits and grassy notes in the finish. A good citrusy Imperial IPA.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium size light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart cherry notes with some black chocolate is pretty singular. Taste is also dominated by tart cherry notes with some creamy black chocolate notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Singular approach to the style with nice experiment but not sure I enjoyed it enough to need to drink this again.

Can: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of intense hoppy notes with some citrus and resin notes clearly identifiable. Taste is a mix of citrus hops oil with quite a bit of residual sugar notes and some burning alcohol notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation with too much alcohol being apparent. This is an extreme beer for sure but lack of drinkability and too much burning alcohol notes makes this a less than interesting beer.

A hazed murky dark reddish amber Saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light spices, banana, curacao, orange pulp, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt orange pulp, banana, cloves, coriander, curacao, very Belgian and pleasing. On tap at Arrow and Loon.
