Jet black, large mocha head. Huge chocolate cake notes, light soy, very roasty, coffee, just an all around dessert in a can. Finish is a bit too sweet, but overall a nice after dinner beer.

Hazy pink, no head. Aroma is musty grape juice, with sharp white vinegar notes. Not many redeeming qualities here.

Can from the brewery. Hazy brown pour, with a large white head. Aroma is toffee and pine resins. Nice cereals, hops are a touch soapy, pine, light, sweet grapefruit. Full mouth feel, a touch oily, soft, creamy carb. Finish is medium bitter, semi sweet, resinous hops. A nice classic American style barley wine, great example of the style.
