Can 33 cl. Pours cloudy, opaque pale yellow with a rich and creamy, white head. Lactic tart aroma paired with cucumber which comes out pretty terrible. Medium body, salty tart cucumber - gherkins! It's very much an acquired taste, and it's not one for me. 120623

Bottle. Lightly murky purple red, pink foam. Funky, wood, dust, cherry, dry. Medium body, tart to sour, cherry skin, light tannin, funky, light barn. Berry retronasal, nice.

Bottle. Dark cherry red. Nose is sour cherries, funk, hazelnuts praline. Taste is sour cherry, fairly tart. Round; long warm aftertaste. Cherry skin sticky aftertaste.

Bottled, Blend #V44 (8%), huge thanks HP! Murky red body, small pinkish head. Big aroma, strong cherries and a solid funky notes, soft, trace phenolics. Lean, soft, juicy taste, huge cherry profile, well integrated funk, minerally, light almond, lighter still tannins. Some light warmth is the only proof of the 8%. Impressive!

Bottle, 8.0% (batch V44, bottled August 2021), many thanks Marko and ultimately Papsoe! Purple color with pinkish head. Aroma is big barn funk, citric, cherry stone, cherry skin. Taste is the same, good leather and deep cherry. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty one!

(Bottle) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, orange peel, gooseberries, barnyard, horse stable and apple blossom. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, citrus peel, gooseberries, yellow plums, white bread, barnyard, grass, hints of allspice and a dry and tart finish. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a generous acidity. Very nice.
