(Bottle) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of apples, lemon, mandarin, honey and a touch of peaty smoke. Fruity, tart taste with green apples, lemon, white bread, honey, mandarin, white wine and a touch of smoke. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Interesting, tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
