Semi hazy pour, huge white head. Big aroma of tropical fruit, yeast, and pale straw malt. Low carb, thick mouth feel. A very yeasty finish, bready, biscuity malts, and lots of tropical fruit. Alcohol is well hidden, but this is basically a lower alcohol tripel.

Black pour with a medium mocha head. Aroma is sweet, notes of licorice, and burnt soy with some light roast. Mouth feel is oily, and soft with very low carb. Finish is incredibly boozy, with loads of sweet boozy licorice and some light charred malts.

Pours a murky brown, with a big beige head. Incredibly malty nose. Big notes of sweet grains, caramels, and fresh bread with some dry hay, and grassy hops. Good carb, mouth feel is viscous. Finish is sweet, but not cloying. Big bread notes, loads of sweet grains. This borders on doppelbock.

Murky orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is big on tropical fruit, mangoes, peaches, some apples and some fruity green, and white teas. Good mouth feel, solid carb. The finish is sweet and fruity with big tea, and herbal flavours. Light bitterness and some slightly astringent pithy citrus fruit.

Good roast, subtle cocoa, and coffee notes. Mouth feel is thinner than i expected, carb is quite low. Finish is lowon the bitterness, with more solid roast. Hops are there, but quite earthy, and there is a metallic flavor in the end that i cant shake. Good, not great.

For fuck sakes! This exploded like a volcano, and i spent 15 minutes cleaning up! Fuck i hate that! Ok. Black pour, with a big beige head. Aroma is all spices, and some light roasty malts. Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, sweet charred malts. Medium bitterness, medium roasty finish, but the spices just take over and the hops are nowhere to be found.

Cask Days 2013. Red, almost pink pour, with an off white head. Aroma of musty cherries, some light funk, and a little tart berry. Watery mouthfeel, and soft carb. The finish is a little funky, with some nondescript sweet/tart berry.

750ml, hazy light brown/red big fluffy beige head. Huge herbal aroma, loads of spices, grassy hops, cloves and ginger. A crisp effervescent mouth feel, great carb. Finish is clean, and refreshing. Medium bitterness, loads of spice in the finish, its very herbal and dry. This really held up well with my sausages i had for supper. Good stuff, really does lend itself well to having instead of wine with food.
