Beautiful blueberry aromas from the start with a nice blend between the fruitiness and sweetness. Hazy amber colour with golden highlights.Some particles eventually make it in this one. The head is warm, light beige-pinkish, frothy, somewhat creamy with good retention and lots of lacing. The fruits are continuing in the flavours with some vanilla notes. A nice smooth dryness concludes with some light lingering. A little rich in the nose, but it is a nice fruity witbier.

Hazy with a pinkish-orange colour, a frothy whitish head, good retention and leaving some nice foamy-creamy lacing streaks. Raspberry fruit smells, but with hints of cherries - reminding me some of Kriek aromas. The taste shows this fruitiness, but enlightening the Champagne yeast. This also creates a lightly dry finish. It is quite easy to drink with just enough fruit. I really do not mind this one being a Sparkling fruity fan.

Bottle written 03/09/2020 on it, pouring a light ruby-copper colour with a mocha-coloured frothy head, decent retention and some nice thick cream-foamy lacing. Big dark fruit aromas with lots of raisins, some nuttiness, some apples and hints of spices, maple syrup. The sweetness comes out stronger in the taste. The syrup and caramel malt base shows up with some nicely blended spices, and some hops helps cut this sweetness to not drag out. Easier drinking than I expected. With time, the cinnamon is felt lingering on the tongue. A nice warming touch finishes this all.

Very slightly unfiltered, light-yellow colour with a big white frothy cap, long lasting and leaving some foamy spots. Big fruity aromas with oranges, apples and even some pears. Hints of spices, also found in the taste. Fresh Golden apple taste that have that pear flavour. Light dry finish. A nice refreshing beer, but a Witbier it is not really.

Pours a slightly unfiltered bright golden colour with a huge frothy white cap, long lasting and leaving creamy lacing lines. At first, smells the hops give out hints of berries, with fruitiness and sweetness. Then, it seems like wheat is in there creating some of this sweetness and a tad banana note. I get that small Saaz spiciness hidden in there. Thankfully, the taste is a little closer to what I was expecting here. The hops do cut the sweet aspect, and creates a decent spiced feel with enough dryness in the finish. Still, not the best in this Collection M series.

Can that pours a light hazy, light golden-amber colour with a big frothy-fluffy white cap, good stay and leaving some thick foamy lacing. The nose gives out those berry and tropical flavours of jujubes. Very candied. Papaya mango and peach sweetness. The taste is where is does not becomes overly sweet, rich. Goes down nicely, thin enough with a decent dry finish. The ginger lingers, with its spiciness building with time. I really do not mind this one.

Can that pours a dark murky brown colour with a nice, big frothy-creamy, light mocha-coloured that has good retention and leaving some good dirty-foam lacing. Chocolate malt nose base with the fruity notes. Some sourness does come out, and is felt more in the taste. Choco-malt base with some berry notes. A decent dessert beer that goes down nicely, as not too rich.

Arômes maltés à la sauce caramel et érable avec forte teneur en alcool. On remarque aussi de subtiles notes de cerises et de houblons épicés. Couleur brun clair, très limpide, une bonne effervescence, une mousse beige de taille moyenne, crémeuse et bien persistante. Caramel et érable sont les vedettes en bouche avec une puissante chaleur d’alcool. Léger fruité rappelant les cerises au marasquin. Houblons et alcool épicés en finale accrochant au passage une légère amertume. La corpulence est plutôt moyenne et la carbonation assez vive pour ce style. Un Barley Wine en manque de complexité maltée, axé sur les houblons Anglais, à la texture un peu mince mais qui satisfait quand même mon palais. O :6.438 V :4.911 G :8.492 C :3.0 G :12.0 T : 34.841

Very slightly unfiltered, bright yellow colour with a huge white frothy head that lasts a while, and leaves patchy thick foam lacing. The nose is a mix of citrus notes and floral grasses. The mouthfeel is fairly thin with some decent dryness. Mild hops flavours with the same mix of citrus and grass. Kind of very mild for a 5.6% ABV IPA, almost feels like a session IPA, without the dry-hopping. Refreshing, but that is about it.
