Draft at Catraio. Crystal clear pale yellow color fluffy white head. Aroma of white peppery and straw. Taste is peppery lemon. Full mouthfeel. Very tasty

Draft at Catraio in Porto. Beers always taste better when you drink them with the brewer. Clear amber brown. Aroma of vanilla & brownies dipped in coffee. Taste is earthy coffee & cocoa, sweet start dry finish. Medium body. Tasty!

Bottle at Baobab beer shop in Porto, recommendation from staff, shared with Giacomo whose wife is Bulgarian. Clearish dark brown color, small brown head. Aroma of mixed spice and dark cocoa. Taste has spice up front as well on a rich earthy cocoa and coffee background. Not boozy. Tasty and unique

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Pitch black body, off-white head. Oily aroma, chocolate, light alcohol, almond, cookies, nah, scratch that light from alcohol. Chocolate, almond, weird marzipan-like notes in the lean, dry, bitter taste. Not too happy with it.

Bottle at Catraio Craft Beer Shop, Porto, 27/10/22. Very lightly hazed golden yellow topped with a thin white head. Nose is grape must, damp cloth, on the turn melon, straw. Taste comprises water melon, wine stained oak, light funk, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge. Decent enough refreshing sour.
