Sensory Session #6: Cloudy, brownish-reddish color and a tan, and a Quick dissapearing head. Nose is malty, caramel, raisins, yeasty-bananas, faint apple aroma. Taste follows the nose, lite to Medium body. Well hidden Apples and cinnamon...

Can @ home. Indeed dark pink to red color, small pink head. Smell and taste are moderately sour, sour lightly unripe berries, distant hoppiness sometimes coming through. Decent body and carbonation. Quite pleasant.

Draft glass @ BeerTemple. True to the name, fruit juice + lemonade look pink, pink head. Nose is oddly sweet yoghurt, lactose with red fruit smoothie. Taste is odd mix of cotton candy, lactose, sugar, red fruit smoothie, strange, conflicting but in the end tasty for sure. Yoghurt body.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at BeerTemple. Fairly hazy pink red with a pink head. Aroma of tart red berries, floral notes, citric notes and wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

4 oz. draft at Extreme Beer Fest, 3 Feb, 2018. Almost clear gold, wow what an idea!! Aroma is citrus, grain, and passion fruit. Fruit is forward in the flavor with subtle caramel malt backbone. Some dried floral notes. Decent mouthfeel.

4 oz. draft at Extreme Beer Fest, 3 Feb, 2018. Pitch black appearance. Aroma has a very unique vanilla element. Sweet and earthy. Good dark chocolate, mild roast. Maybe dark fruit. Mouthfeel is smooth with a silky texture. Above average for sure.
