750ml bottle with wired cork from Cider is Wine. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, caramel note. Taste is tart apple, tangy, drying with fleshy & apple skin notes, some funk, woody, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, very dry tart funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is acetic funky, apple, orchardy, some caramel notes, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

700ml corked bottle from Cider is Wine. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white bubbly head and aroma of funk, apple, earthy. Taste is tangy apple, with leathery funk, earthy, acidic and tannic. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, and dry sour funky finish. Very drinkable.

On tap at Crooked City Cider House, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with a wonderful barnyard funk character upfront, with some horse blanket, and crisp funky apple. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with a really deep barnyard funk, lots of horse blanket, almost bone dry apple, and crisp apple skins. Complex and punchy. This is excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden, with a voluminous but rapidly receding white head. Aroma is quite earthy, with barnyard funk, some champagne mustiness. Flavour has a lot of barnyard funk, some horse blanket, and ever-so-slight residual sweetness. Musty, almost champagne-like, with an old leather / horse blanket character on the finish. Complex and wonderfully crafted, with no hint of the higher ABV. Excellent.

Keg at Wild Terra, 8/9/20. Clear amber, thin head. Aroma of funk, olive, clay, apple. Taste is apples with strong clay, mineral notes, some olive, and a clean tart apple finish. Very nice.

Sampled during RB Raid over Rotterdam March 3rd 2018. Clear golden color, no head. Smell and taste are dry apples, overall not sour / dry and not very sweet. Decent.

[ As Guzman Riestra Sidra Brut Nature ].Clear, sparkling, speaking, light to medium yellow colour with a large, quick, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, dry apples, apple skin, light leather, light horse blanket. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, farmyard, apple, leather, dry, dry apple. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
