Bottle @ home. Clear golden body without any head, sparkling carbonation, almost like champagne. Nice, clean, apple aroma. Taste is refreshing, some acidity, hint of yeast and some cellar notes. Balanced and refreshing. Very nice.

Bottle shared. Hazy golden with small short lasting head. Crisp dry apple, gooseberries, funky pear, vanilla, lemon, dry apple peel, a touch of vinegar. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied, medium dry, flat. Quite nice.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma of a lot of funk, alcohol, vanilla and sharp apples. Taste is almost of white wine or sparkling wine, lovely drying tart finish. Very nice.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, as Guzman Riestra Sidra Natural Espumosa Brut Nature, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Golden colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of apples and oak, a hint of sulphites. Dry flavour, notes of apples, oak and sulphites.
