330ml can from Aebel Cider Shop. Hazy orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, sourish, funky. Taste is tart, sourish, apple, fleshy, with leathery funk, straw, and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky sour finish. Very drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 03/01/22. Copper coloured pour with a modest white head. Nose is apple pulp, icing sugar, sweet apples, caramel, toffee apple. Taste comprises sweet apples, sugar dusting, booze, hint of spice, caramelised apples. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Solid stuff.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery clear orange with a bubble head. Aroma is boozy, apple, caramel, toffee. Taste is sugary, sticky fruits, apple, candy, caramel, alcohol. Boozy finish!

Full body, sticky texture, low carbonation. Super sweet sipper offset with lovely tartness. Very good.

375ml corked bottle from Cider is Wine. Rating #7700. Orangey golden brown colour, off-white foamy head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, caramel, toffee. Taste is very sweet, concentrated juicy apple, caramel, toffee, sugar syrup, apple pie notes. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, sweet finish. Nicely sippable, very sweet

750ml bottle with wired cork from Cider is Wine. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, caramel note. Taste is tart apple, tangy, drying with fleshy & apple skin notes, some funk, woody, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, very dry tart funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
