Bottle from Cider Cider. Clear golden with no head. Dry apple, soft barnyard funk, minerals, crisp dry apple peel. Soft hay. Light sweet, under medium bitter and sour. Over light bodied with dry feel and light alcohol. Nice.

Bottle, escanciado on MoritzF's balcony into a Geripptes. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is green apples, leathery, barnyard, vanilla custard, almond, mealy apple skin, tree bark. Taste is vanilla custard, almonds, leathery, surprisingly sweet for a Sidra Natural, green apples. Natural lively carbonation. Tasty, though not the tastiest Sidra Natural I've had. Lots of stuff going on here though.

Hazy golden. Aroma is apple, haribo apfelringe, yeast funk. Taste is quite balanced, sourness and yeast funk with some less apple-y sweetness. A bit scratchy in the throat. A bit mealy. Ok.

Bottle. Clear golden color with large foamy head that goes down quickly. Aroma is dusty, woody, apple skin, mineralic. Taste is apple skin, dusty, some boozy phenols, custard, bone dry, slightly dusty finish. Very high carbonation. Tasty!
