BOTTLE 75 CL. Clear bright yellow, big sparking head. The aroma has a hint of fresh apple, really tart funky, apple skins, some leather. The taste is really dry and carbonated, hints of fresh apples, dry finish. Not very complex, but dry and quite good.

On tap at Haymaker NYC pours a muddy gold with a faint ring of head. Nose is crab apple, some gouda, a little meaty, some pear and apple. Flavor is more apple, but melon now instead of pear, definite cheese too. Dry finish.

On tap at Proletariat, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse funk, with a bone dry apple core quality. Flavour follows suit, with bone dry apple cores and lovely farmhouse funk. Mouth puckeringly dry finish. Really well-made.

6 oz bottle pour at ANXO shared by Travlr, thanks Gene! Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of apples, herbs, spice. Tastes of apples, sugar, honey, champagne. Light body with a dry and crisp finish.

Draft I think at ANXO. Crystal clear pale yellow color, looks still. Aroma of spiced herbal tangy apple skins and wood. Taste is tart skins, carbonated mouthfeel. Interesting.

Tap at Muller’s. Strangely colored, cloudy, deep dark yellow. Fun. Lace. Funky, acidic nose, bretty, musty. Not so sour flavor, but funky as hell, dusty, musty. A bit weird. Complex but a bit too funky, acidic as well. interesting.
