0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 05.08.26. Clear darker golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Caramel and soft grainy on the nose. Taste has caramel and dry grain and malt. Present mid alcoholic with some bitterness. Not bad for a Heller Bock.

Huge thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. As Breitenlesauer Pilsner with 4,9% abv on the label. Clear mid golden in the glass with a nearly two finger white foamy head in the glass. Grain, caramel and bitterhop on the nose. Taste starts grainy with a pleasant bitterness. Increasing malty. Low citrus. Metallic hints. Mid carbonated. Not bad.

Pours an intense dark golden to light amber, pretty hazy. Doesn't get much head for the style, and it fades relatively quick. Dominant bubblegum in the aroma, with a hint of soft dough like feel on the back, a hint of clove, a bit of banana and perhaps also a citric hint. Good enough intensity, but doesn't feel too refined, with bubblegum a bit too dominant. Taste notes follow the aroma: again, average intensity, but a bit too much bubblegum (perhaps even a little more prominent than the aroma suggested). Sweet as usual per style, or perhaps a tad more with a hint of stickiness in finish/aftertaste (not much really, but enough to undermine freshness). Light to medium body, average carbonation (perhaps slightly lower than average per style), decent drinkability. Decent, but quite far from a good example of the style; perhaps not in it's best shape.

Dorada casi limpia. Espuma cremosa abundante de retención regular. Aroma malteado, grano, notas florales. En boca es suave, muy bien de gas. Sabor malteado, con ligero punto lupulado que aporta notas florales, especiadas y un ligero amargor.

Bottle from Great Grog. Clear deep golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey and marzipan. Flavour of white pepper and lightly roasted malt. Medium to full body with a slick, almost chewy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Rich and full bodied. A challenging but rewarding beer.

0,5l, bottle.
My label says 4.9% ABV. Pretty large head, earthy and bready notes both in aroma and flavor. Pale straw color.

Brown to auburn with a creamy, off-white head. Caramel, grass, and oak aroma. Taste is moderate bitter over a rich, malty base. Lingering peppery hops and a dry finish. Reminiscent of a good Kellerbier, but the body here is fuller and richer. Nice!
