Appearance: clear chestnut brown with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: dark malts, bread, hop. Taste: light sweet, light plus bitterness. Toast, brown bread, burnt pie crust, noble hop. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: a nice dunkel indeed.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimalyl lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, slightly biscuity, bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly spicy aroma, notes of banana, speculoos, a touch of allspice, baked apple, baked banana. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly biscuity, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and mildly yeasty spicy, hints of banana, baked banana, baked apple, a touch of speculoos, cinnamon, clove, minimally leafy, hoppy overtones. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Creamy, very nice spiciness, nice fruitiness, maybe a tad too sweet - really good Hefeweizen.

Tight foamy white head left a froth on a chestnut coloured body. Malt & tobacco aroma. Medium bodied, tingly with a smooth dry back. Malt, berry, tobacco & light coffee tastes. Standard stuff.

Slightly grainy, strawy, pale malty and grassy hoppy aroma, a minimally herbal touch, some malty spiciness. Taste is mild, bitter hoppy, minimally spicy, malty, some grassy and herbal aspects, very subtle sweetness; lingering, bitter hoppy, minimally chalky finish. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, clean, drinkable - good.

Foamy white head on a highly carbonated pale straw coloured body. Malt, spiced & citrus aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a cloying back. Sweet citrus, spices, stone fruit & bubble gum tastes with a light malt undercurrent & tangy finish. A bit like an IPL - Good one,

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow with a fluffy, pure white head. Lightly sweet with powerful doughy biscuits, white bread, white sugar, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Sweet and bready to finish, more white bread, basic doughy biscuits. Nice and rich bready character.

Schön cremiges Weizen, leicht Nelke, auch Banane, ziemlich ausgewogen, hefig hinten, malzig, ziemlich komplex, passt.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear straw yellow with a frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, doughy white bread, toasty grains, cereal, straw, grass, biscuit, hay and airy malts. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, snappy, doughy malt support, biscuit, straw, freshly cut grass, twist of lemon, airy malts, touch of grain, cereal and cracker with a dry, crisp as finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, lively carbonation. Lovely stuff. Delicate and well executed. Effortless to drink, but also rewarding.

Tjx to Zinni for this bottle! Clear amber comor and a nice white head. Starts with malty-nutty flavors, followed by some toffee. Decent hoppy-malty finish.
