330ml bottle in a Wiper's Times glass. Pours a disconcertingly deep hazed amber, moderate off-white head. Quite dark for a triple 🤔 Aroma is doughy sweet, taste brings a smorgasbord of sweet swirls, caramel, fruitcake, vanilla, buttery brioche.. initially a bit messy but just about comes together as it settles in the glass

Bottle from Total Wine in Mountain View, CA. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of plummy fruits and malt. Med body. Lightly malty with some bitterness. Toffee, plum types, hints of banana and yeast. Tasty stuff.

Bottle from Total Wine in Mountain View, CA. Pours dark almost opaque gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is light banana/yeast. Approaching bull bodied. It's fairly towards dry, and moderately bitter. Nice malt supporting banana/yeast with a hint of kandi. Tasty.

Capped 330 from Total Wine in Mountain View, CA. Pours translucent gold with a decent white head. Aroma is a bit herbal with a yeast note. Med body. Quite dry. Moderately bitter - but there is a bite. Thistle? Pale malt supporting a little yeast and some mixed herb. Refined.

Bottle, as Wipers Times Blond. Dirty blond with a cm of dense white head. Mild grainy and doughy aroma with cloves, coriander. Dryish, light bodied, spritzy. Snappily bitter at the end. There's an interesting herb I can't pick but also too much coriander. But fair enough.
