A hazed reddish copper cider with aroma of tart apples, loads of Brett, ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam, light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. Cask at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

A golden blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light sulfur, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix of apple, tart appleskin, Epsom salts, very nice. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2019.

A pale yellow cider with aroma of sweet apple, light acidic notes, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes and Epsom salts, very nice. Bottle at Bières et Saveurs 2019.
