Description
Although he had been involved in developing the company since the 2000s, Marc-Antoine officially takes the reigns in 2015. In order to ensure the family company’s future development, a new brand identity is born. Les Vergers de la Colline becomes Cidery Milton, Quebec’s bold and inspiring leader in cider. This change allows the company to focus more strongly on what it has become and to emphasize the exceptional quality of its products.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear light colden, small white head. Nice apple, light fermented apple aroma. Fermented apple flavour, juicy, fluffy mouthfeel. Light acidity and a little warmth in the finish. Nice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, apples, malt, hops and has nice rich apple finish.

Bottle, 10%. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is apple, apple peel and apple peel. Flavour is apples, apple peel, medium sweet, little citric and a little dry.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, red apples and light wood. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 110120

On tap at La Cidrerie, pours a clear pale blonde with almost no head. Aroma reveals the perfumey hops upfront, with a touch of acidity and tart apple skins. Flavour is sort of vinous, like a white wine, with bitter hops, and tart, dry apple skins. Interesting concoction, but I'm usually not a fan of these hopped ciders and this one didn't change my mind.
