16 oz. can. Pours a clear, dark brown color, with a big, foamy, tan head. The aroma is chalk, butter toffee, black bread, pumpernickel, and nutmeg. Sweet and yeasty, with a light, nutty bitterness. Medium body, chewy, and sticky. Fun and easy.

Pint can. Pours a crystal clear yellow gold color with a big sudsy white head with fair retention and lacing. The aroma features spicy noble hops and some grains. The taste mirrors the aroma--a big noble hop presence with some mixed grains. Bitterness is moderate. The palate is clean and crisp. Finishes short and dry. Overall: Damn Fine pilsener

16oz can. Thin, really pale tan-yellow body. Steady, frothy head. Well carbonated. Could almost call this a NZ Pils, though the Wai-iti hops are sort of mild. World Class mouthfeel, body. Excellently crisp and balanced. Still has a great malt tone. Really superb brewing.

16oz can c/o Ryan. Wow. This is phenomenal. Light and bright. Perfect subtle malt tone. Awesome hop tone. World Class stuff.

Pint can. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, toasted malt, bread and nutty malt. Pours clear copper colored with a half a finger of off white head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee and bready malt flavors. Finishes smooth and malty with toasted malt and nutty malt flavors. Nice Oktoberfest.
